Jim Boyd. Both Mr. Swain and Mr. Boyd are retired and living
in Hatteras Village. The website is dedicated to serving the
needs of both island residents and visitors. Mr. Swain is a
former college professor from New Bern, NC. Mr. Boyd is a
former business executive from Charlotte, NC. Contact

guarantees your satisfaction
with any "Island Art" item. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with
any "Island Art" item, you may return the item at any time for a full
refund, credit or exchange. If you need to return an item, simply email
us requesting to return your purchase, tell us what we should have done
differently and indicate your choice of refund, credit or exchange. We
will reply promptly with a "Return Authorization Number" and shipping
instructions. Simple as that.
UNLOCK CODES FOR
SCREENSAVER DOWNLOADS
Purchases
of "Unlock Codes" for ScreenSaver downloads, however are obviously
final and no refunds, credits or exchanges will be allowed.

Shipping
and Delivery:
We
acknowledge each order via email. In-stock items are normally shipped
within 24 hours and should arrive within 5 business days if shipped US
Postal Service Priority Mail. If you choose FEDEX, your order will be
shipped to arrive overnight, BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT
"OVERNIGHT" OFTEN CAN NOT BE ACHIEVED FROM HATTERAS!.
If
your item is temporarily out of stock, your email acknowledgement will
include an estimated shipping date.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping
via US Postal Service Priority Mail is free anywhere within
the continental USA.
- Shipping
via Federal Express overnight costs $30.
- Shipping
costs and delivery times for certain items and/or localities
must sometimes be determined at time of order. We will notify you via
