The
waters off Hatteras are known worldwide as a treasure chest of fishing
adventures.
The Hatteras Village Civic Association is
the sponsor of an Offshore Open Tournament and along with many
volunteers from the
community, make it a special event. Profits generated from the entry
fees will help supply funding for meals
for
homebound
residents,
scholarships, supplies for the Methodist Men’s Group Food
Pantry, and
funds for
other
services to the community.
